PIRO is an analytical tool for the projects of any organization, looking to do the strategic analysis iof it's vrious initatives. It helps companies to assess their project on different criterias. This tool will show the reports in form of different graphs like Radar graph, Growth share matrix etc and other statstical reports.
There are four modules different roles of users.
- Super-Admin Section : Here the site admin can manage various entities & parameters.
- Client Admin Section : Here client can setup analysts, view reports projects and other parameters.
- Project Lead Section: The project leads can setup projects & view reports.
- Analyst Section: The anlysts analyze the projects and update assesment values

The application has been built on J2EE, Struts2, AJAX, Javascript with database backend of MySql server. |
