Communication:

The lead developer assigned on your project will be available to you on email and Skype.

Turnaround time:
Currently the team is available from 9am to 6:30pm IST (GMT +5.5) - It is planned to have team availability for extended hrs by October'09.

Turnaround time:
Every ticket submitted to us will be replied back within 4-6 working hrs. Unused hours: If there are any un-used hours, these will not be rolled over to next cycle, since we would have a dedicated resource assigned on the project and costs us. Payment terms: - Paid in advance on the start of billing cycle. - Any other charges, if any, will be to client's account - These charges will be deducted automatically from your account on start of every billing cycle

Security of the client data:
We do take care of client data and keep that confidential. Keeping this point in mind we don't collect client's credit card detail on our server. We have paypal integrated to keep client's confidential personal information secure with paypal only, not with us.

Cancellation:
- The fee charged will be refundable to the extent of unused hours, net of any other charges if any. - The Setup fee will, however, be non-refundable. - Also, if the monthly fee is not received in any month, the agreement will be suspended till the outstanding payments are cleared up.
